Description
Bright corner unit on the 4th floor of C Bldg. The living room is furnished with a sofa, two recliners and two easy chairs. A large window above the sofa provides abundant light throughout the condo. The lanai includes comfortable seating for 4-5 people with full view of the impressive sunsets and the beautifully landscaped courtyard with the lake and fountains, tiki huts, pools and mature palm trees. Sliders on the lanai can be opened for access to fresh gulf breezes. Flat screen TV's are in the living room and both bedrooms with the master TV wall-mounted to catch up on programs while relaxing in the king size bed. The sunny kitchen has granite counter tops and a breakfast nook which seats four and overlooks the tennis courts. Both bathrooms have been upgraded with granite countertops and raised vanities and commodes. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. Original artwork adorns the walls of the condo and there is newer carpeting throughout.
